I talked with our coordinator this morning and she said that we would be receiving a FedEx package with all of Simret's information today; that they could not release that on email and then to call her after that, because she is sure we will have questions.
The packet contained her medical report and another picture. We are going to have our pediatrician look at her packet this week. I am still in Evanston, so Lance will have to take care of this.
In the packet we found out that she was 8.4 pounds, had a head circumference of 15 inches, and was 21 inches long. It said that she was abandoned at 20 days old at the police station in Addis Ababa. Her physical exam was normal; as was her lab work. She was born on September 5th, 2007.
