Simret Day - 2 year Anniversary

Two years ago today (February 11, 2008) we held Simret for the first time at the Thomas Center in Addis, Ababa Ethiopia. It honestly feels like a lifetime ago - I cannot imagine my life without her at this point. Today we celebrated with a "kids" dinner (foods that kids normally like- mac & cheese, pizza and food that Simret loves- biscuits & gravy, pumpkin pie, soy-chicken nuggets, chips & salsa). Mebbie, Hannah, Tayler, & Ty (and their parents) came over to celebrate! She had a great time- although she thought it was her birthday again?
