On New Year's Day Simret had her first ice cream cone while we were in downtown Grand Lake, Colorado. I have never seen anyone enjoy ice cream so much, she was almost in an ice cream coma the whole time she was eating it. She had this far-away look to her of pure pleasure. She didn't talk, smile, or even move-besides eating the ice cream. She would press it against her mouth, so that it could just melt into her mouth. I think that Simret's New Year's resolution is to eat more ice cream!
