Fall Carnival (October 18, 2008)

We went to the Fall Carnival for children this afternoon. I remember that I had always wanted to go to events like this, but never did because I felt silly going without a child. So, now I can go to all of these events that my inner child secretly wanted to go to all of this time and even better: I get to go with Simret! So, we dressed her up, in what I think is adorable, mermaid costume (I love that her belly hangs out in it-which I didn't photograph appropriately to give it justice). She got to pick out a pumpkin, cry in the hay maze (because I put her down and she wanted to be held), jump up and down on the bouncing thing, and won two balls and a princess headband.
