On Christmas Eve in Santa Fe they have a celebration where the whole community walks up the cannon road. The road, which is approximately a mile long, is closed off to traffic and filled with hundreds of people. There are small bonfires lit in the street with people standing around them playing guitars and singing Christmas Carols. The streets and houses were lined and decorated with luminarias (paper bags with candles in them). Local art galleries were also handing out champagne and hot coco. It was a great celebration of love.
However, I am ready to be a mom!

I am not very good at this blog thing. I accidently deleted a message from Marcia when I changed the look of my page and edited this post with Marcia's suggestions. Sorry Marcia!
