We have been waiting for a court date for 4 weeks now. I found out since my last post that 8 other people received referrals at the same time that we did, and 3 of them received court dates that next Monday; the rest of us have not gotten a date yet. It has been a month waiting now...This by far is the longest and hardest part of the process thus far. I just want to bring our little girl home. I hope she is doing well...eating well and sleeping well.
We have finished the nursery; it looks great. I will take some pictures and post them later. We have also redone Dylan's room (he finally cleaned it!)...just trying to stay busy. I also started my first day of work today at Pathways.
I just wanted to take time to thank my friends and family. I don't know what I would do without their support.
Lance has been extremely patient with me and the process. He is definitely my grounding force; without him I would be a wreck. Or am I wreck anyway and he just takes the edge off?
